1. Use of Service: You agree to respectful conduct and non-recording of peers. You will not harass, abuse, or disrupt sessions, and you will comply with all local laws.
2. Payments: Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply based on your location. You authorize recurring charges for subscriptions until canceled.
3. Cancellations: Full refund within 7 days before cohort start; otherwise credit. No-shows may receive credit at our discretion.
4. Content: Material is for personal learning only and not for redistribution. You may not copy, resell, or publicly share course assets without written permission.
5. Liability: We provide training as-is without guarantees of outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the last 6 months.
